Tiaja Design maintains a working inventory of all items posted on this website. But, demand can be unpredictable. If inventory issues necessitate a delayed shipment you will be notified via email.
Occasionally, "Limited Inventory” items will be posted for sale. These items are sold on a first come first served basis.
All Scarves are constructed to exacting standards and carefully inspected after construction and again prior to shipment.

We want Happy Customers only: Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives!

Returns will be accepted for item cost only refund IF Tiaja Design is notified by email prior to the return and the return is postmarked within fifteen days of shipping date. Scarf must be returned in original Tiaja Design logo packaging and with original gold tags intact on the garment. Return shipping must be in secure packaging, have insurance (to cover your loss or damage by carrier) and delivery confirmation. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Damaged, open or otherwise compromised shipping packaging will be returned to sender for insurance resolution with carrier. Late returns, returns missing labels and/or packaging, used or damaged garments can not be accepted for refund and will not be returned. Refund confirmation will be made via email by PayPal.
If the invoice you received by email contains an error or does not match your order. contact PayPal with your order number within 48 hours to obtain a correction. After the item has shipped refer to the return policy above.
If you received the wrong item, Contact us immediately through the website for instructions. Upon our receipt of the item, your return shipping up to $4.00 will be credited to you through PayPal. We will return ship the correct item at no cost to you. Items must be shipped within 15 days of original shipping date and are subject to return policy as above.
To exchange an item: Return it as above and reorder desired item through the website. This will expedite your receipt of the new scarf.
In any communication with us, please also include a daytime or evening telephone number.
Return credits will be made in the same form as payment rendered.
Returns are only available for items purchased directly through this website by the original purchaser of record. Any discounted, ”Limited Inventory”, or promotional merchandise is final sale.
